  Buffalo News JAMES J. FERLITO PENDLETON RESTAURANT MANAGER James J. Ferlito, 40, manager of the Country Cottage Restaurant on Beach Ridge Road, died Wednesday (Nov. 26, 1997) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital, North Tonawanda. Ferlito was born in Niagara Falls on August 30, 1957, the son of Jenny (Schiro) and James Ferlito, Sr. He graduated from LaSalle High School in 1975. He worked for Sears, Roebuck & Co. for 20 years before opening the restaurant. Survivors include his wife, the former Joanie Donoughe; a daughter, Jami L.; three sons, James J. III, Joseph A. and Jonathan T.; his parents, James and Jenny (Schiro) Ferlito of Niagara Falls; and a brother, Thomas J. of North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1100 South Ave., Niagara Falls, following prayers at 8:45 in the Cooper Funeral Home, 8028 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
