TOWN OF NIAGARA —
Philip D. Considine, 78 years old, of the Town of Niagara, passed away on December 28, 2012. He was born in Niagara Falls on November 20, 1934, the son of the late Roger and Jeanette (Lilly) Considine.
Mr. Considine attended Niagara Falls schools. He worked at many jobs during his lifetime, but the one he loved most was driving his taxi. He was in the taxi business for 47 years and owned Falls Taxi for 30 years. He retired in 2010. Mr. Considine loved meeting and talking to people from all over the world. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening and going to his camp.
Mr. Considine is survived by his wife of 21 years, Patricia (Brydges) Considine; and his children, Glenn Considine of Niagara Falls, Helen (Ronald) Aderhold of Charlotte, NC, Laurie Travis of Las Vegas, NV, Phylis (Jerry) Aderhold of Niagara Falls, Kenneth Considine of Niagara Falls and Cory (Jack) Stage of Preble, NY; step-children, David Saverino, Cheryl (Roy) Harvey, Cindy (Jack) Dietz and Lori (William) Phillips, all of Niagara Falls. Mr. Considine is survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 18 step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Carol (David) John of Niagara Falls; and his brothers, Patrick (Betty) Considine of Surprise, AZ, John (Anna) Considine of Italy and James Considine of Arizona.
