  Life Story Lori M. (Richel) Hare, 66, of the Town of Niagara, NY, pssed away on July 30, 2023.  Born on January 16, 1957 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Marilyn (Miller) Richel. Lori was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Niagara Falls High School.  She was employed for HEALTHeLINK.
