  Obituary of Charles D. Wintersteen Charles D. Wintersteen passed away August 12, 2020 in Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center.  Born January 12, 1922 in Cleveland, OH he was the son of Ralph and Olive (Dell) Wintersteen.  Charles served in the US Army from 1943 to 1946 during WW II.  He worked at Harrison Radiator for 41 years where he was a Tool Engineer retiring in 1981.  Charles is survived by his wife, Mary (Bennett) Wintersteen; sons Bruce (Anne), Douglas (Bonnie), and Peter (Janice); six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; sisters late Betty Donald and late Barbara Depew; also several nieces and nephews.
