  Lockport Union Sun & Journal Middleport - George F. Marcks, 70, of 6350 Wolcottsville Rd. Wolcottsville, a retired machine operator at Harrison Radiator Division, General Motors Corp, died Monday Sept 14, at Medina Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient for three days. Born Oct 5, 1893, in the Town of Royalton, he was the son of Frederick C. and Margaret Stock Marcks. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville. A son, Richard G. Marcks, died in 1952. Surviving are his wife Esther Pfohl Marcks, three daughters, Mrs Fred W. Hill, Medina, Mrs. Joseph Lydston, and Mrs Vincent Licata both of Lockport. a sister, Mrs. George Bronston, Medina, seven grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. Friends may call today and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, State Street this community, and from 1-2 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church Wolcottsville. Services will be conducted at 2 PM at the church by Rev. Herman Ewald pastor. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
