  Niagara Gazette - 4/21/1893 Frederick Zeiger died at his home on the River road this morning of dropsy. He was bom in Germany in 1825 making him 68 years old. He came to this city when a mere lad and has resided here ever since. Besides a wife and four children. three. brothers, Daniel, Charles and Frank of Ihls city, and three sisters. Mrs Binkley, Mrs. Schomock of LaSalle, and Mrs. Uhl of Wisconsin mourn his loss. He was a member of several German societies. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
