  Niagara Gazette - 10/25/1951 A former supervisor ,of the Ninth ward, Fred J. Winker. Sr.. died suddenly in Hollyhill, Fla., according to word received here. Mr. Winker, who was in the contracting business for 20 years in this city, left Niagara Falls five years ago and took up residence in Hollyhill. Funeral services and burial will be in that city. Survivers include his wife, Esther; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Graf and Miss Joyce Winker, of Hollyhill; three sons, Thomas, Hollyhill; Fred, Jr., and Kenneth, both of this city; his mother, Sophie; two brothers, Earl.and Herman, and a sister, Mrs. Marie Carson, till of this city. Four grandchildren also survive.
