The marriage of Miss Helen
Frances Olscamp and Mr. Thomas
Robert Traverse was solemnized at
10 o'dock on Saturday morning, October
4, by the Rev. Thomas
O'Rourke, with a Nuptial Mass at
Saint Mary's of the Cataract church.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. George Olscamp, of Atholvllle,
New Brunswick, and the bridegroom
Is the son of the late Mr. and
Mrs. Thomas Traverse, of North
avenue.
Entering the church on the arm
of her brother, the bride was lovely
In her simple gown of white brocaded
satin, with fingertip veil. She
carried a hand bouquet of white
bouvardis and orchids.
Miss Irene Olscamp. sister of the
bride and only attendant, was attired
in a gown of mineral blue taffeta
wtih matching vdvet skullcap
trimmed with ostrich. 8he carried
a colonial bouquet of pink roses and
blue delphinium.
Mr. James Canavan was best man.
The ushers were Mr. Orville Traverse
and Mr. Mlchad Braas.
After the ceremony a wedding
breakfast was served at the Marigold
for the Immediate families.
Mr. and Mrs. Traverse left later
for a motor trip to Washington,
D. C, and West Virginia.
