- Vera M. LaGue age 93, died Friday, June 02, 2017 at her residence.
Born in Wolcott, IN, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Malina Mathew.
Vera was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.
She was a Civil Service employee for 15 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, William LaGue; grandson, William “Billy” Fox and brothers, Laverne Mathew and Vincent Mathew.
Survivors include 4 daughters, Carol Fox (Tom) of College Park, MD, Judith Simpson (Tom) of Crofton, MD, Susan Humphries (Ronald) of Laurel, MD and Teresa Johnson (Greg) of Surfside Beach; 12 grandchildren, John, Michael, Tricia, Mary, Kelly, Tommy, Jimmy, Brian, Diane, Matthew, Lisa and Laura; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; a brother, Alvin Mathew of WI; 2 sisters, Evelyn McGraw and Velma Nagel both of IN.
A mass of Christian burial will be said at 1:00 PM Monday, June 5, 2017 at St. Michael Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Mausoleum.
