  Niagara Gazette - 7/28//1959 Herman Rolfe Dies at 81 Herman Dana Rolfe, 81, of Model City, died Monday (July 27, 1959) in Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient for five weeks. He had been in ill health for some time prior to hospitalization. A native of Homestead, Pa., he had lived in Union Springs, N.Y., before moving to Lew- Iston in 1939., He had lived in and around Lewlston since that time. Survivors include his wife, Mrs, Bessie Rolfe, Model City; four sons, Irven Rolfe, Model City; Donald-Rolfe, Bradford, Pa., and Edward and Charles Rolfe, both of Niagara Falls; three daughters, Mrs. William Piper and Mrs. Axel Nelson, both of Lewlston, and Mrs. Roger Mack, Pekln; 25 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Rhoney Funeral Home by the Rev. Elvin J. Riemer, pastor of St, John Lutheran Church, Youngstown. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
