  could this Joseph Buck who married Rachel Staley be the brother of Margaret Buck who married Rachel's brother Reuben Staley????? Birth: Dec. 6, 1803 Wythe County Virginia, USA Death: Feb. 28, 1882 Monroe County Indiana, USA Note: The gravestone is Rachel's, Joseph was still living in 1870 and possibly in 1880, although the later census appearance raises questions because it lists him as divorced and his father from South Carolina. Some sources say he died in 1889. I'm sure he's buried near Rachel, but the -condition of her headstone makes the possible loss of any marker for Joseph no surprise. ---------- Joseph was born Dec.6,1803 in Wythe Co., VA.
