Jerrold L. "Bear" Lewis died October 28, 2008. Beloved husband of Gracine (nee Capizzi) Lewis; dearest dad of Michelle (Joseph Keith) Guedesse, Kenneth (Gustavo Zegerra) Kirisits and Peter (Buffy) Kirisits; loving papa of Billy, Tanya, Christen, Ryan, Alexis, Brooke, Ryan and the late Hope Marie; "little buddy" and constant companion, Bear; brother of Patricia (Howard) Wietzke, Jacqueline (late Robert) Zagurski, James (Patricia Milbrand) Lewis and the late Sandra Clapper. The family will be present on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Saturday from 2-4 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 2600 Sheridan Drive (at Parker Blvd.), where funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM. Friends invited. Mr. Lewis loved fishing, was the grill master of the family, an avid NASCAR fan, loved spending time with his grandchildren, always had a twinkle in his eye and a smile that would melt your heart. He also was a Marine Corps Veteran, serving two tours during the Vietnam War. He had a passion for the American Flag, the United States and all those who serve and protect her. "Semper Fi".
