  NF Gazette Jul 14, 1943 MRS. POKELWALDT, 66, OF TONAWANDA, PASSES Tonawanda - Mrs. Louise A. Pokewaldt, 66, died today at her home 60 Cleveland Ave. She was born in Germany, and had resided in the Town of Wheatfield, this city and North Tonawanda for the last 45 years. She is survived by her husband, Herman Pokelwaldt, at home; three daughters, Miss Greta Rosenau, at home. Mrs. Clarence Haseley, of Niagara Falls, and Mrs. Albert Clark, of High Point, N.C ; four sons, Charles Rosenau, of High Point. N. C, Ervin Pokelwaldt, of Sanborn. N. Y., Edward Pokelwaldt, of Niagara Falls, and Norman Pokelwaldt, of North Tonawanda, 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the home and at 2:45 at St. John's church at St. Johnsburg. N. Y. The Rev. Walter Thiemecke will officiate. Interment will be in St. John's cemetery.
