Edwin DuBois Was General Abrasives Electrician
Funeral services will be held Monday for Edwin DuBois of the Town of Niagara, who died Friday (Dec. 27, 1985) in Roswell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo. He was 71. An electrician at General Abrasives in Niagara Falls for 45 years, Mr. DuBois was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Lillian DeVantier, one daughter, Mrs. Gerard (Judy) Baribeau of Toronto, and three sons, Grant and his wife, Mary, of Lake Forest, Ill., Glenn, of the Town of Niagara, and Mark, of Logan, Utah. He is also survived by three sisters and three brothers, Ruth Hassin (sic-sp) and Arthur DuBois, both of Wheatfield, Mrs. Herbert (Eleanor) Wienke of the Town of Niagara, Walter DuBois of Niagara Falls, and Elizabeth Heuer and Herbert DuBois, both of Wheatfield. He is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Minnie Camann and one brother, William. Friends may call at the Hamp Funeral Home, Adam and Seymour streets, Tonawanda, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9p.m. today. Services are at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Walmore Road, Wheatfield, with Rev. Herbert R. Maxwell officiating. Interment will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran School. Funeral arrangements are by the DuBois Funeral Home.
