GOERSS
Rudolph Goerss of Lockport, Wednesday (Jan. 9, 1963). Husband of the late Martha Schutz Goerss, he leaves two brothers and two sisters, Anton, Hubert, Miss Sophia Goerss and Miss Charlotte Goerss, all of North Tonawanda, and several nieces. Beginning Thursday evening, friends may call at Pruden and Kandt Funeral Home, 243 Genesee St., Lockport, where funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Interment in Wrights Corners Cemetery.

Ex-Farmer Is Dead at 84

LOCKPORT - Rudolph Goerss, 84, of S. Transit Road,, died here Wednesday, (Jan. 9, 1963) after a brief illness. Mr. Goerss was the husband of the late Martha Schutz Goerss. He is survived by two brothers, Anton and Hubert Goerss and two sisters, the Misses Sophia and Charlotte Goerss, all of North Tonawahda. Mr. Goerss was born in Wheatfield Sept. 5, 1078; son of John and Henrietta Broecker Goerss. He operated a farm in S. Transit Road for more than 50 years and retired in 1957. ⢠He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Services will he conducted by Rev. Ernest Heuer, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home Saturday at 2-.30 p.m. Burial will be in Wright Corners cemetery.
