  Notes	Niagara Gazette - 7/1/1907 A pretty wedding was solemnized, on Thursday evening at eight o'clock at the hone of Mr. ,and Mrs, John Schultz of Cleveland avenue and 15th street when their daughter Ella was united in marriage to Walter Wurl of this city, the Rev. Edward Nemeschy. pastor of the German Zion Lutheran church officiating. The maid of honor was Miss Albertlne Schultz and the bridesmaid was Miss Alice Wurl, a sister of the groom. The groom's attendant was Henry Sy. The decorations throughout the house were very pretty consisting ot palms, ferns and flowers. Following the ceremony a delicious wedding supper was served after which the young couple left for a short wedding trip.

  16 September 1975 Tonawanda News WURL – Ella S. Wurl of 118 Genesee St., Lockport, N. Y., Monday (Sept. 15, 1975). Wife of the late Walter J. Wurl; mother of Mrs. L. Russell Foster of Lockport, Louis Wurl of Deer Lodge, Montana; sister of Rudolph Schultz of North Tonawanda, also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday (Sept. 17th) at 11 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 67 Saxton St. Lockport. Interment in White Chapel Memorial Park. Flowers gratefully declined.
