St. Peter's Church member was 81
LOCKPORT - Florence S. (Pfohl) Walck, 81, formerly of Sanborn, died Tuesday (Feb. 13, 1990) in Mount View Health Facility.
Born in Wheatfield, she was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wheatfield, and a member of the Ladies Aid, Women of the Church and Sanbornites Senior Citizens.
She was the widow of Edward P. Walck, who died in 1975.
Mrs. Walck is survived by two daughters, Norine Wendt of Sanborn and Janice Wick of New Jersey; three sons, Arnold of Lockport and Gilbert and Gerald, both of Sanborn; one sister, Agnes Walck of Niagara Falls; two brothers, Hubert and Erwin Pfohl, both of Sanborn; and 15 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, Bergholz. Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in SI. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Herbert R. Maxwell officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Wheatfield.
Donations to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, St. Peter's Lutheran School or to Lutheran Vespers are acceptable as tribute.
