BARRETT - Irene D. (nee Thiele) Age 83, of North Tonawanda, unexpectedly, August 3, 2013. Irene worked as a Registered Nurse for 41 years. She was an active member of St. Martin Lutheran Church and the North Tonawanda Senior Citizens. She enjoyed reading, gardening, bingo and visiting the casino. Beloved mother of Cynthia (Raymond) Prelewicz of North Tonawanda, Colleen Stubbs of San Antonio, TX, Cheryl Wylucki and Paul (Antoinette) Barrett, both of North Tonawanda and the late Michael Barrett; mother-in-law of Kathleen Barrett of Niagara Falls, NY; grandmother of 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; sister of the late Jeanette, Henry, Olga and Helen; aunt of many nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Wednesday at 11 AM from St. Martin Lutheran Church, 322 Old Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda.
