  NF Gazette Oct 4, 1971 MRS. ROSE FOLTZ Mrs. Rose Louise Foltz, 72, of 1305 22nd St., died Sunday (Oct. 3, 1971) in Memorial Medical Center. She was born in North Tonawanda and came to this city 65 years ago. Mrs. Foltz is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Donald J. Burgin and a brother, Milford Gandt, both of this city. Funeral services will be held at Cobler's Funeral Home Tuesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Roger E. Purdy officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today.
