  The Tonawanda News EUSTIS, FL — Elizabeth S. (nee Mackensen) Thiele, age 95, entered eternal rest on July 31, 2010, in Florida. She was a former resident of the Town of Wheatfield. She was born to Sigmund and Susan Mackensen, in Yardley, PA, on March 25, 1915. She was an active member of St. Martin Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda, participating in many capacities. Elizabeth was predeceased by husband, Leonard, and son, Paul. She is survived by daughter, Marie (Bill) Cole; daughter-in-law, Julien Thiele; grand- children, Andrew (Angelica) Cole, Jennifer (Jim) Wanamaker, Jeffrey (Michele) Thiele and Mark Cole; great-grandchildren, Emily and David Wanamaker, Andrew and Caroline Thiele, and Andrea Cole; and many other loving family members. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Martin Lutheran Church, 322 Old Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda, NY, on Friday, August 13, 2010, at 11:00 AM, with the Rev. R. Devie Ellis presiding.
