The marriage of Christine F. Haseley,
daughter of Edward L Haseley,
of the Saunders Settlement road., to
Slgmund J. Pfohl, son of Mr. and
Mrs. John Pfohl, of Sanborn, was solemnized
Thursday at-St, Peter's Lutheran
church, Walmore, ai 4:30
o'clock. Officiating: at the service
was the Rev. John Pfohl, of North
Freedon, Wis., brother of the groom,
aassisted by the Rev. Edward Grabau,
pastor of St. Peter's church, Walmore.
The church was attractively decorated
with lilies and lilacs. Miss Elizabeth
Williams, of Lockport. cousin of
the bride, played appropriate organ
music during the ceremony. Miss
Martha Williams, cousin of the bride,
was maid of honor and wore a gown
of pink mousseline de sole, trimmed
with lace. Her bouquet,was of pink
snapdragons and blue larkspur, tied
with a blue ribbon. Louis Pfohl,
brother of the groom, acted as best
man.
Ruth Elaine Haseley, niece of t he
bride, was flower girl, wearing pink
dotted swlss and carrying a colonial
bouquet of mixed flowers.: Miss Ver-
one and Miss Lizzie Pfohl, sisters of
the groom were bridesmaids and both
wore light blue mousseline de sole
trimmed like that of the maid of hon-
or. They carried bouquets of snapr
dragons and larkspur, tied with pink
ribbon. Each wore a rosebud spray on
her hair.
The bride wore silk mousseline with
a long train. It was fashioned on
Princess lines, with a satin slip and
with a collar of ruffling trimmed with
orangĀ© blossoms. The long veil fell
from a becoming cap of. braided tulle
and was caught with orange blossoms.
She carried a bouquet of white Bride
roses and sweet peas.
Immediately following the ceremony,
an Informal reception and dinner
for 125 guests were held at the
home of the bride. Among those attending
were Miss Elizabeth Mitchell
and Miss Esther Williams, this city,
and Mrs. A. E. Willams, Mr. and Mrs.
W. F. Williams, Mr. and Mrs. A. P.
Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Robert A.
Williams, Miss Elizabeth Williams and
Paul Voigt, all of Lockport.
