  SANBORN - Clarence E. Wienke, 71, of 2638 Saunders Settlement Road died Tuesday (Jan. 2, 1978) in Memorial Medical Center. A lifelong resident of Sanborn, Wienke operated a farm on Saunders Settlement Road for over 50 years and was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Niagara County Police and Judges Association. He is survived by his wife, Edna (Pfohl) Wienke; two sons, Leonard Wienke of Sanborn and Dr. Wilfred Wienke of W. Virginia; a daughter. Mrs. Dennis (Edele) Wurl of Sanborn; a brother, Walter A. Wienke of Sanborn; a sister, Mrs. Hubert (Hilda) Ferchen of Tucson, Ariz.. and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may can at the Rhoney Funeral Home. Sanborn, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
