One of the prettiest fall weddings
took place Saturday afternoon at 4
o'clock at the St. Paul's Evangelical
Lutheran church, when Miss Mildred
Williams was united In marriage to
Arthur Schultz. The Rev. O. Ziemer.
pastor of the church, officiating.
The bride entered the church to
the strains of Lohengrin's wedding
march and was given In marriage by
her father. The bride was exquisitely
dainty to white satin on princess
lines, with a long train. Her veil was
coronet style and she carried a cascade
bouquet of gardenias and lilies-
of -the-valley. Her matron of honor,
Mrs. Clarence Williams, sister-lnlaw
of the bride, was gowned in beige
silk net with hat to match, carrying
orchid mums with dark shadea of
pom poms. The maid of honor, Miss
Annabeth Williams, of Lockport. was
In pink silk net, her hat turban
shaped, with shoulder length veil,
and she carried yellow chrysanthemums
and pom poms of rust shades.
Miss Ruth Schultz and Mrs. Howard
Weln, of Tonawanda, were
bridesmaids and each wore a gown
of aquamarine with matching hats.
They carried mums of rust color
with yellow pom poms. The music
for the wedding was played by Mrs.
Frank Schweitzer.
The altar of the church was beautifully
decorated with palms, ferns
and gladioli. The groom had as his
best man Walter Williams and the
ushers for the ceremony were Clarence
Williams and Ernest Dietrich
The bride's mother was gowned
in orchid chiffon with hat of purple
shades and she wore a corsage of tea
roses and baby's breath. The groom's
mother wore black silk lace with
matching hat and carried a corsage
of white pom poms and white roses.
The wedding reception was held at
the home of the bride's brother,
Clarence Williams, of Rlvershore
drive and at the bride's table, which
was artistically decorated in white,
covers were laid for 11. A large
three-tlcred wedding cake graced the
center qf the bride's table. After
the reception Mr. and Mrs. Schultz
left for a wedding trip to New York
City, Atlantic City, Baltimore and
Washington and places in Pennsyl-
vania.

Pierce avenue; Mrs. Edwin Hasley and
