  Shirley E. Lange Gazette Nurse was active church member SANBORN - Shirley E. Lange, 59, of Baer Road, died Thursday (March 24, 1989) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. The daughter of the late Paul A. Walck, mother of the late Bradley J. Lange and sister of the late Patricia Schearer, she was born in the Town of Niagara. She was employed as a registered nurse at Fairchild Nursing Home, Lewiston. A graduate of LaSalle Senior High School and Buffalo General Hospital School of Nursing, she was an active member of St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church and held offices in the Lutheran Church Women's Group. Mrs. Lange is survived by her husband, William G. Lange of Sanborn; her mother, Evelyn H. (Blank) Walck of Sanborn; a daughter, Kathleen M. Beutel of North Tonawanda; three sons, David P. Lange of Lockport, Steven W. Lange of Sanborn and Brian T. Lange of Indianapolis, Ind.; a brother, Allen P. Walck of Niagara Falls; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Sunday at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore Road, Sanborn, with the Rev. Herbert R. Maxwell officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Sanborn. Contributions to St. Peter's Evangelical Church building fund and the Niagara Oncology Association will be acceptable as tribute.
