Diesel mechanic was N-W grad, sportsman
SANBORN-Timothy W. Snyder, 33, of Griffin Street. Died unexpectedly Saturday (Feb. 13. 1993) in Millard Fillmore Hospital - Gates Circle, Buffalo.
He was born in Ransomville on July 30. 1959, to William Hilda (Beutel) Snyder of Sanborn. In 1977. he graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School. He was also a graduate of the Diesel Technical Institute in Connecticut.
Snyder worked at Bakery Savage Co. in Buffalo and at Walck Brothers Trucking Co. in Lockport as a diesel mechanic. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Besides his parents, he is survived by five sisters, Candace Hoolihan, Christine Snyder and Linda Karp, all of Lockport. Cheryl Danielewicz of Sanborn and Barbara Snyder of Tonopah; Ariz.; a brother, Matthew Snyder of Ransomville; his grandparents William and Clara Beutel of Sanborn and Naomi Tooley of Sykeville. Pa.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the DuBois Funeral Home. 2436 Niagara Road, Bergholz. The Rev. Richard E. Pape will conduct services at 11a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church on Old Falls Boulevard. Burial will be in St. Andrew Lutheran Cemetery, Cambria. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran School.
