Was a dairy farmer for several years
Town of Lewiston - Martin G. Milleville, 90, of Saunders Settlement Road, died Friday (Feb 6, 1998) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born Nov 7, 1907, in Wheatfield, the son of John ad Helen Milleville.
Mr. Milleville attended St. James Evangelical Lutheran School in Bergholz.
He married Elizabeth Haseley on Oct. 10, 1936 in St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
He worked at the former Grief Brothers in Niagara Falls and was a dairy farmer for several ears.
Mr. Milleville was a member of St Peter's Lutheran Church in Walmore, where he served as an elder and choir member for 50 years. He also was active with Bible study classes and supported church missions.
He enjoyed his family life.
In addition to his wife of 61 years, he is survived by a son James Milleville of Plymouth Mich.; three daughters, Susan Dunbar of Aurora, OH, Marilyn Ruppel of Kenmore and Carol Moll of Bergholz; two sisters Thekla DeVantier of Lewiston and Helen Milleville of Wheatfield; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Mr. Milleville was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be from 2 -4 and 7 - 9 today and Sunday at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, Bergholz. The Rev. Allen Griep will conduct services at 11a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Walmore Road, Wheatfield. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery..
