  Buffalo News, The (NY) - October 9, 1999 Lorraine C. Kroening, 73, of Bridgeman Road, a longtime member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church in Bergholz, died Friday (Oct. 8, 1999) in the CrestWood Health Care Center, Wheatfield, after a brief illness. The former Lorraine Gombert was born in North Tonawanda. She was a member of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League, the Wheatfield Senior Citizens, and the Sanborn Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. In addition, she had attended the DeGraff Adult Day Care Center since 1993. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards. Her husband, Rudolph J., died in 1987. Survivors include four sons, Arthur, Hartley and Darryl, all of Wheatfield, and Stephen of Lewiston; two daughters, Eileen Gieseler of Wheatfield and Naomi Kroening of Lewiston; and 10 grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Luther Street and Niagara Road, Bergholz. Burial will be in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery, Bergholz
