  BERGHOLTZ - Marian L. Wendt, 68, of 2413Niagara Rd. died Sunday (Aug. 30, 1981) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, she was employed at the International Paper Co. for 30 years and retired three years ago from the Niagara County Savings Bank where she worked in the mortgage department. Mrs. Wendt was an active member of St. Paul Calvary Lutheran Church. Surviving are her husband, Philip Wendt of Niagara Falls; two step-daughters, Mrs. Robert (Phyllis) Ferchen of Wheatfield and Mrs. Finn (Audrey) Follum of Niagara Falls; a brother, George J. Gombert of North Tonawanda; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Paul Calvary Lutheran Church, 18th Street and Cleveland Avenue, with the Rev. Douglas R. Behm officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. (sic) Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home Inc., 8622 Buffalo Ave. Memorials may be made to the St. Paul Calvary Lutheran Church, the family said
