  16 May 1963 Tonawanda News WURL - Fred J. Wurl, 84, of 2563 Wurl St., Town of Wheatfield, died Wednesday ( May 15, 1963) at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Bruno Schultz, in Tucson, Ariz. He was the husband of the late Josephine Wurl. Surviving are three sons, Lester of Tucson and Wilmer and Frederick of the Town of Wheatfield; a daughter, Mrs. Bruno (Mildred) Schultz of Tucson; a brother, Gerhard Wurl of North Tonawanda, and three sisters, Mrs. Ada Burrrow of Hamburg and Mrs. Benjamin Toellner and Mrs. Edward Lebrenz, both of North Tonawanda. Also surviving are seven grandchildren. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday at the Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Road, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Lothar Meyer will officiate. Interment in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery. Mr. Wurl was a member of the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church and the 20-Year Club of the National Grinding Wheel Co.
