Mrs. Lorenze Dies
Mrs. Mary Jane Lorenze, wife of Niagara-Wheatfield School board president, James Lorenze, died yesterday in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after a long illness. The Pike and Jones Funeral Home, Sanborn, is in charge of arrangements. Services will be Wednesday.

PEKIN - Mrs. Mary Jane Lorenzo, 46, of 3046 Upper Mountain Road, died Sunday (Feb. 14, 1971) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Elmira, she had lived in Niagara Falls for 14 years before moving to Pekin in 1947. Survivors include her husband, .lames F. Lorenze, president of the Niagara-Wheatfield Central School District Board of Education; two sons, Douglas M. of Pekin and James R. Lorenze, stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Uts Vegas, Nov.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emil
Foss of Niagara Falls, and a brother, Charles Foss of Lewiston. She was a member of Sanborn American Legion Post 969 Ladies Auxiliary, Niagara Salon 25 of the 8 and 40 and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Pekin Volunteer Fire Co. She was also an aide at Buffalo Veterans Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Pike and Jones Funeral Home, Sanborn. Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday by the Sanborn American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and at 8 p.m. by Niagara Solon 25 of the .8 and 40. The family will be present from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
