- Gloria M. Mueller, 69, of Camarillo entered into rest April 7, 2006, at home after a lengthy illness, with her family at her side.
Formerly of Oxnard and Superior, AZ., Gloria was born to the late Loreto and Mary (Trevino) Nevarez. She was dedicated to raising her children and later worked as a para-educator at Gateway School in Camarillo.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 40 years, Frederick; children, Kristin Patton of Simi Valley and James (wife Michelle) Mueller of Ventura; and brothers, Fred (wife Irene) Nevarez of Camarillo and Fernando Nevarez of Sebastopol, Calif. Gloria was a friend to all who knew her and she will be dearly missed by all.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in her name to Battered Women, 1030 Ventura Road, Oxnard, CA 93030.
A memorial service for Gloria will be private and her ashes will be spread in one of her favorite places, in La Ventana near Big Sur.
