  NF Gazette SANBORN - John N. Blank, 60,. at 3197 Lockport Road, died Sunday (Jan. 19,1969) in Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was a native of the Town of Wheatfield and had been an inspector at the Carborundum Company for over 35 years. He was an exempt member of the Sanborn Fire Company. Survivors include his wife, Irma; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Dianne) Retzlaff; a son, Darrel J. Blank; a sister, Mrs. Elton (sic) Wendt, all of Sanborn, and seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, at 2:30 p.m. in St. James Lutheran Church, Bergholtz, with the Rev. Robert Lehman officiating. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pike and Jones Funeral Home Inc., Hoover Road, Sanborn, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 5 , and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
