Herbert R. Milleville, 75, of Cayuga Drive, who was active in St. James Lutheran Church, died Sunday (Jan. 11, 1998) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after a long illness.
He was born in Niagara Falls and attended St. James Lutheran School in Bergholz and LaSalle High School
A lifelong member of St. James Lutheran Church, he held many offices, sang in the choir and men's chorus and did maintenance work around the church.
Milleville was co-owner and plant manager of R. Milleville Dairy on 98th Street until 1982. After that, he worked for Wendt's Dairy until October 1997.
He was fond of travel and refinishing furniture, bowled in the Bergholz Bowling League for more than 40 years and sang in the Retired Men's Service Club Chorus here.
Survivors include his wife, the former June Moll; two sons, the Rev. Randy of Clarence Center and James; a daughter, Ann Clingersmith; a sister, Eleanor Garner; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday in St. James Lutheran Church, Niagara Road and Rohr Street, Bergholz. Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Bergholz
