  15 April 1927 Tonawanda News George W. Camann, 50 years old, of Bergholz, died early this morning at the Memorial hospital, Niagara Falls. He was taken ill a few days ago and was operated on at the hospital yesterday for intestinal trouble. Camann had lived in Bergholz practically all his life. He is survived by a wife, two sons, Carl and George, Jr.; four daughters, the Misses Doris, Natalia, Anita and Thelma; a mother, Mrs. Emily Camann, all of Bergholz; seven brothers, Charles C. Camann, Tonawanda; William and John Camann, LaSalle; Frank, Albert, Edwin and Harry Camann of Bergholz, and a sister, Mrs. Julius Stoelting, Bergholz. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the residence and half an hour later at the Holy Ghost church, Rev. John Kuchenbecker officiating. Interment will be in the Holy Ghost cemetery.
