  John Louis Kacala Jr. Obituary John Louis Kacala Jr., age 80, of the Town of Wheatfield, passed away August 11, 2025, following a brief illness. John was a U. S. Army Vietnam veteran. He had worked for National Grid as a mechanic. He enjoyed reading the newspaper and being informed about the latest news. He liked watching wrestling and enjoyed classic cars. He was the son of the late John Louis Kacala Sr. and Katherine (nee Russell) Kacala. He was the husband of the late Diane (nee Pfohl) Kacala who died in 1991. Dear father of John L. Kacala III and Kevin Kacala. Brother of Connie (Joseph) Vasi. Uncle of Michael Vasi and Randy Witt. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 9:30 AM from St. Christopher’s R. C. Church, 2660 Niagara Falls Blvd., Town of Tonawanda.
