  Niagara Gazette - 12/12/1957 LOCKPORT- Mrs. Anna E Dohring, 83, who with her late husband operated the Chestnut Ridge Fruit Farm, died Wednesday (Dec. 11, 1957) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital, North Tonawanda. She was the widow of Charles F. Dohring, who she married in 1895. He died in 1916. Born in Martinsville. Mrs. Dohring was a resident of the Town of Royaiton for 43 years. She was the daughter of the late Gottlieb Walk and Maria Thiele. She.was a member of the United Christian Church, this city. During the last few years, Mrs. Dohring has resided at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Albert S. Allen, 202 Falkncr St., North Tonawanda. In addition to Mrs. Allen, she is survived by three other daugh- ters, Mrs.. Douglas M. Cameron. Mrs, F. Leslie Few, Mrs. Clifford Culver; two sons, Herbert Dohring and William G. Dohring; a sister, Mrs. William . J. Knitter. North Tonawanda; six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the home of Mrs. Cameron, 246 Price St., Lockport, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery.
