AKRON, N. Y.-Edwin Bruening,
53, a farmer in this community
alI his life, died Friday (May
9, 1958) at Batavia Hopsital after
a short illness.
Mr. Bruening was bom in Newstead
July 6. 1904, the son of Herman
and Helen Wallk Bruening.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs.
Hilda Bruening; a son. Bernard; a
stepdaughter, Mrs. Clayton ??;
two brothers, William and
Elmer Bruening; a sister, ??
Kraull,, all of Akron,, and sev-
eral other relatives in Niagara
County.
Mr. Bruening was a member of
St.. Michael's Lutheran Church at
Woolcuttsville.
Funeral services will be held at 2
p.m. Tuesday at the Bernard Fu-
neeral Home in Akron and at 2:30
at St. Michael's Church in Wol-
cottsville
Burial will be in the West Shelby
Cemetery.
