BEROHOLTZ, Dec. 15—A lovely
early winter wedding was solem
nlzed Saturday, December 10. at 4
o'clock at S t John's Lutheran-
church, St. Johnsburg. when Miss
June Schmidt, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Otto Schmidt,- of the Ward
road. North Tonawanda, became
the bride of Clarence Wolf, son of
Mrs. Herman Schlmschack. of the
Niagara Palls boulevard, this vll-
lage.
The Rev J. W. Theimecke per-
formed the ceremony before an al- ,
tar banked with white chrysanthe-
mums and palms. Mrs. J. W. Thie-
mecke sang several beautiful
hymns.
The bride, who e n t e r e d the
church on the arm of her father,
was lovely In a white slipper satin
gown made on princess lines with
a train and fashioned with long
sleeves and a high neck trimmed
with lace. A lovely yoke of inset
lace relieved the beautiful simplicity
of the gown. Her long veil
edged with lace fell from a halo
of orange blossoms. She carried a
s h o w e r bouquet of white roses,
and baby's-breath.
Miss Edna Gade. who was maid
of honor, wore a gown of aqua blue
t a f f e t a fashioned with a square
neck and large puffed sleeves. The
bodice was shirred and caught at
the waist In back wltha large b o w
fastened with a brilliant clip. She
wore a matching face veil which
fell from a golden halo. Gold slippers
completed the costume. Her
bouquet was of talisman roses,
bronze and y e l l o w pompoms and
toy's-breath.
Albert Lamann, Jr., was best man
and Lloyd Schmidt. Melvln Moeller
and Alvln Schlmschack were ush-
ers.
The bride's mother wore a gown
of black satin with gold aecesim ies.
The groom's m o t h e r wore black
crepe trimmed with colored aequlns.
Both wore corsages of pink roses
and pompoms.
Immediately following the ceremony
a reception was held at, the
St. Johnsburg Fire hall where covers
were laid for 70 guests.
The hall was beautifully decorated
with pink and white crepe paper
and large wedding bells.
The bride's gifts to the maid of
honor and bridesmaid were gold
crosses. The groom presented the
best man witb a swank tie clasp
and the ushers with cigarette light-
ers.
Among those who entertained In
h o n o r of Mrs. Wolf were Edna
Gade. at a linen shower; Mrs. Esther
Frericks and Mrs. Herman
Schlmchack, variety shower; Mrs.
Clarence Mbeller; rose bedroom
shower; Evelyn Lenhardt, personal
shower. Mrs. Richard Rumsey. Mrs.
Lorinda Jensen, and Mrs. Fred Bel-
linger, of Niagara- Falls, a luncheon.
Mr. and Mrs. Wolf are making
their home in the Niagara Falls
boulevard.
