- LOWSTETTER - Ralph E. Lowstetter, 67, of North Tonawanda, Thursday (February 22, 1979) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a lingering illness. A retired driver for the North Tonawanda Fire Department with 25 years of service, he was a member of North Tonawanda Firemens Benevolent Association, Gratwick Hose Co. No. 6 and a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Doris (nee Warblow) Lowstetter; four sisters, Mrs. George (Mildred) Anderson of Silver Springs, Fla., Mrs. Andrew (Betty) Johnston of Pennfield, P a . , Mrs. Herbert (Ruth) DeSalve of DuBois, Pa., and Mrs. James (Doris) Lucks of Conn., and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Rd., N o r t h Tonawanda Friday from 7 to 9 and Saturday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home Sunday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Frank E. Wright officiating. Interment St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery. If so desired, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
