WHEATFIELD - Florence I. DuBois, a worker at the Nabisco plant in Niagara Falls, died Monday (April 12, 2004) in Elderwood Health Care at CrestWood, Wheatfield. She was 91. Born Florence Lemke in North Tonawanda, she attended local schools. She worked at the Nabisco plant in Niagara Falls for 15 years before her retirement and was a member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Bergholz.
She enjoyed traveling and activities at the Wheatfield Senior Citizens Center, according to her son, Richard Lemke of North Tonawanda.
Her husband of many years, William, died in 1981.
Besides her son, survivors include a brother, Wallace Lemke of Wheatfield; three sisters, Naomi Kreppenneck of Cambria and Betty Ernst and Alice Lewis, both of Wheatfield; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 P.M. Sunday in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Niagara Road and Luther Street, Bergholz. Burial will be in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery, Bergholz
