- Final Rites Tuesday For Highway Victim

NORTH TONAWANDA - Services for Theodore Brauer, 56, a Sanborn farm worker who was killed Saturday when struck by an auto, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Frethold (sic) Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St.
Rev. Loren J. Shiley, pastor of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, North Tonawanda, will officiate and burial will be in St. Mark's Lutheran Cemetery.
Mr. Brauer, an employe (sic) at the Martin Haseley farm, 3227 Saunders Settlement Road.
Driver of the auto was Erwin C. Goodman, 70, of Albright Road, Ransomville. He was not held.
He was born at North Tonawanda Oct. 30, 1904. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Anna Brauer, and a sister, Mrs. Vera Krause, both of the Town of Wheatfield; and three brothers, Edward Brauer, Denver, Colo., Andrew Brauer, Cheyenne, Wyo. and Otto Brauer, Englewood, Colo.
