  Notes	North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 12/1/1939 Mr. and Mrs. William Witkop of 27 Stenzel Street were pleasantly surprised last evening by large number of relatives and friends the occasion being their fortieth wedding anniversary. The Rev. Louis Heuer of Bergholtz, brother of Mrs. Witkop, gave an appropriate talk appro priate to the occasion. The evening was spent in playing games. Four children and five grandchildren of the couple were present. The children are Mrs. Bernard Moll, Mrs. Ruth Ziehm, William Witkop and Fred Witkop. Mrs. Phillip Schultz of Niagara Falls, was one of the guests. She was a bridesmaid at the wedding which took place in St. Johns church, St. Johnsburg in 1899. Later In the evening luncheon was served to thirty-two guests.

  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 4/24/1957 WITKOP - Julia Elizabeth Witkop. 77, formerly of 27 Stenzil St., North Tonawanda died today after a long illness. Wife of the late Wil- liam J. Witkop; mother of Mrs. Bernard Moll, Fred, William, and Mrs. Albert Jendrian, all of North Tonawanda; sister of Henry and John Heuer of the Town of Wheatfield, the Rev. Louis Heuer of Illinois, Mrs. John Gombert, Mrs. Louis Voelker and Mrs. Fred Dinger all of Niagara Falls. Ten g r a n d c h i l d r e n also survive. Friends may call at the Fretthold, Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., where services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Paul H. Fretthold officiating. In- terment in St. Mark's Lutheran' Cemetery.
