  June 19, 2011 Jean D. Phillips Niagara Gazette NORTH TONAWANDA — Jean D. (Wrege) Phillips, age 88, of North Tonawanda, was called to her heavenly home on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at her residence. Born in North Tonawanda, NY, on June 18, 1923 to the late William and Elizabeth (Hoffmeister) Wrege. She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda and was a devoted homemaker. Jean was the beloved wife of the late George M. Phillips and was also predeceased by a brother, William Wrege, Jr. Loving mother of four children, Sharyn E., Daniel G., David M. (Marsha), all of North Tonawanda and Dennis P. of Fort Meyers Beach, FL; also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the DUBOIS FUNERAL HOME, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield on Wednesday from 4-7 PM. Services will be conducted in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:00 PM following visitation. Interment will take place on Thursday in White Chapel Memorial Park.
