Miss Helen Ziemendorf, daugh-
ter of Mrs. Arbert H. Ziemendorf
of Niagara Falls boulevard, became
the bride of Christ Schulmeister,
son of Mrs. J. Schulmeister
of Ward road, in a ceremony
which took place at 7 o'clock last
evening at the St. John's Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church St. Johnsburg
The Rev. Walter Thiemecke
officiated. The church was decor-
ated with flowers, and preceding
the ceremony, Mr. August B.
Heubnor played organ selections.
Mrs. Walter Thiemecke sang
"Lord, We At Thine Altar Stand."
The bride, who was given in,
marriage by her brother, Lester
Ziemendorf. wore a gown of velvet-
ray tafetta fashioned on Empress
lines with a sweetheart
neckline. Her fingertip veil of
illusion fell from a tiara of seed
pearls, and she carried a colonial
bouquet of white roses.
Miss Leetta Ziemendorf, sitter
of the bride, was her only attendant.
She wore a peach lace dress
with tulle inserts and carried a
colonial bouquet of talisman rosea
and narcissi.
Mr. Carl Schulmeister attended
his brother as best man and the
ushers were Alvio Ziemendorf and
Fred Schulmeister.
Mrs. Ziemendorf, the bride's
mother, wore black crepe and
Mrs. Schulmeister choose blue velvet.
Each wore a corsage of yellow
roses.
Dinner was served at the bride's
home with covers laid for six
at the bride's table which was
centered with a three tiered wedding
cake.
Guests were preaent from
Pittsburgh, Niagara Falls and the
Tonawandas. Mr. and Mrs. Schulmeister
left for a short wedding
trip.

Mrs. George Garlapo of 302
Morgan street entertained on Saturday
evening at a personal shower
in honor of Mrs. Christ Schulmeister,
who was before her marriage
on January 1st, Miss Helen
Ziemendorf.
Mrs. Schulmeister was presented
with a corsage of roses and
sweetpeas by her hostess. Games
were played for the evening's entertainment
with prizes awarded
to Mrs. Wilbur Kruppeneck, Miss
Mary Pasciak and Miss Leetta
Ziemendorf. A guest favor was
presented to the guest of honor.
Luncheon was served at small
tables. The guest of honor received
many attractive gifts.
