Irene had worked as Manager of Clancy's Stationary (Mid-City Plaza) for 30 years. Beloved wife of Jack Weiss; mother of Kathleen (Craig) Meyers of Atlanta and Jack D. (Vicki) Weiss of North Tonawanda. Grandmother of Bryan (Kris) Weiss and the late Jack E. Weiss II. Great-grandmother of Matthew and Braydon Weiss. She was the sister of the late Robert Proefrock. Sister-in-law of June Proefrock and aunt of several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10 AM from St. Mark Lutheran Church, 1135 Oliver St., in North Tonawanda.
