  Tonawanda News Proefrock - Florence R. Proefrock, 72, at 3647 Klemer Road, Town of Wheatfield, Wednesday (July 28, 1971) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Proefrock was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid Society. She is survived by her husband, Ernest F. Proefrock; a daughter, Mrs. Walter (Geraldine) Pukajlo, and a son, Allen E. Proefrock, both of North Tonawanda; two grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Walter Wooldridge of Florida, Mrs. Thomas Faulkner of Kenmore, Mrs. Norman Compton and Mrs. Kenneth Urban, both of North Tonawanda. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc, 1241 Oliver Street, Ward Road, North Tonawanda, where services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev. Enno A. Schmoock will officiate. Interment in St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery.
