  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 4/29/1974 ALLARD - Esther L. Allard. 80. of 112 Fredericka St.. North Tonawanda, suddenly Sunday (April 28, 1974) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Allard was a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda. a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church and former longtime employe of Buffalo Bolt Co. She is survived by her husband, Walter J. Allard; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Phillips of the Town of Wheatfield and Mrs. Hulda Rader of North Tonawanda, many nieces and nephews.
