  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 4/29/1975 ALLARD- Walter J. Allard, 84, of North Tonawanda Tuesday (April 29, 1975) at the Grand Island Manor Nursing Home. Mr. Allard was a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, a 50 year employe of Buffalo Bolt Co., and a veteran of World War I. He was the husband of the late Esther L. Allard, who died April 28, 1974, surviving are many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Rd., North Tonawanda from 7 to 9 this evening and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Wednesday. Services will be held at the funeral home Thursday at 10 a.m., the Rev. Thomas K. Spahn will officiate. Interment in St. Mark Lutheran Cemetery. (29- 30)
