  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 3/29/1916 Emil Williams, aged 30 years, was, adjudged insane by a commission in county court yesterday and committed to the Buffalo State Hospital. He was arrested on March 30th, charged with shooting his aunt, Mrs. Bertha Williams of La Salle. Since the arrest he has been acting strangely in the county Jail. Relatives claim he has been mentally unbalanced for some time.
