Also survived by 8 grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Home inc.. Hoover Rd., Sanborn,
where services will be held
Sunday at 2 p.m. and at 2:30 at St.
Andrews Lutheran Church, Pekin. The
Reverend Herman Meier officiating.
Interment in St. Andrews Cemetery

PEKIN-Rudolph E. Myers,
66, of Upper Mountain Road,
Town of Cambria, died Thursday
(Jan. 26, 1960) at DeGraff
M e m o r i a l . Hospital, North
Tonawanda, after a lengthy
illness.
He was born in the Town
of Wheatfield, April .17, 1894,
son of Carl and Henrietta
Kreuger Meyers. Mr. Meyers
had owned and operated his
farm near Pekin for rriore
than 20 years. He was a member
of St. Andrew's Lutheran
Church here and had served
as a trustee and elder for
many years.
Mr., Meyers was a member
of the Niagara County Extension
Service and the Artificial
Breeders Association of New
York State.
Survivors include his widow,
Alvina Hartwig Meyers;
two sons, Carl and Gerhard
Meyers, both of Upper Mountain
Road; a daughter, Mrs.
Benjamin Schultz, North Tqpawanda;
a brother, Albert
Meyers, Lockport; two sisters,
Mrs. Lydia Youde, Buffalo,
and Mrs. Leonard Monte, Sanborn;
eight grandchildren and
several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be
conducted at the Pike and
Jones Funeral Home, Sanborn,
at 2 p.m. Sunday and
at 2:30 at St. Andrew's Lutheran
Church by Rev. Herman
Meier of Lockport. Burial will
be in St. Andrew's Cemetery
